ユーザービリティとアクセシビリティを両立させるリンク表現の検討− 視線計測によるウェブデザインに関する研究１ウェブは，アクセシビリティ要件を満たしていると同時に，ユーザビリティ要件を満たしている必要がある。 しかしながら，これらの二つの要件を同時に満たすようなウェブのデザイン方法が確立されている訳ではない。 そこで本研究では，これら２つの要件の両立の可能性について検討するため，「理解可能」「操作効率」をとりあげ， ハイパーリンクというデザイン要素に着目し，視線計測実験を行うことにより実験的に検証した。 実験は，2種類のユーザー（テキスト情報処理に優れた被験者群・イメージ情報処理に優れた被験者群）を想定し， 3種類のハイパーリンクの表現方法（テキストのみ・イメージのみ・テキスト付きイメージ）を提示して行った。 その結果，「テキスト付きイメージ」はユーザー特性に関係なく理解可能であり，操作効率が良いことがわかった。 デザイン方法の一例として，アクセシビリティ要件とユーザビリティ要件を両立させるハイパーリンクの情報表現について明らかにする事ができた。 Exploring Hyperlink Representations for Attaining Usability and Accessibility of Web Pages - An Eye-tracking Study on Web Design 1Web site designers are expected to satisfy not only Web accessibility requirements but also Web usability requirements. This paper explores design method that makes Web accessibility and Web usability compatible, focusing on hyperlink design with the consideration of “making content understandable and navigable”, one of accessibility requirements, and “efficiency”, one of usability requirements. This paper examines three alternative hyperlink representations - text link, image link, and image-with-text link - from the viewpoint of compatibility of Web accessibility and Web usability by conducting an eye-tracking experiment by using an experimental portal Web site. The result demonstrated that only the image-with-text representation would be the compatible representation for designing hyperlinks of Web pages.
